My wife once did a sossmix lasagna for our guests, and one of them said that on the way home, her husband said "Hang on, I thought they were supposed to be vegetarian?". Her sossmix-based Sausage Pies were also much appreciated. Personally, I am very fond of Mushroom Stroganoff.

I have been a vegetarian for 1 1/2 years, but every now and then I get a hankering for a burger. I found this great recipe for portobello mushroom burgers. You can grill them for 5 min. or as I did, cook in my George Forman grill. To build burger on bottom bun, put garlic-mayonaisse dressing (basically, just crush up garlic and season mayonaisse as you like), then place lettuce and tomato on bottom (so the bun won't be soggy), next put the portobello mushroom you grilled and whatever other toppings you might like. They are delicious with a pretty good texture too. Enjoy!!!
