I have 7 yrs of exprience of a job in senior level manager post but dont have a education qualification . Now i am without a job nd cant find a job which pays me half of the salary i was earning . Where shall i find a job .?

You were put in the senior level management because of your people or whatever special skill you have. I would find a similar job and start again. You can do it. Work two jobs if you can until you can get up to par again. You showed you have the ability. Or be an entrepreneur and figure on a businesses similar to what you had and be your own boss. College graduates have the same problem right now. My Son-In-Law had a Masters degree in Business and laid off about four years ago. Even with he's degree he had trouble finding a similar related type work that he did. We got together, and now he has he's own Franchise for the past two years and doing really good. So sometimes you have to go out of the box to find your true calling. Good Luck
