Salt water would be a bad idea for long term 'bathing' but it does make a good initial cleaning - if there is fresh water I would 'wash' in the sea and rinse in the fresh water source.
Teeth are readily taken care of if if there is bamboo or other woody substances it is relatively easy to chew a sliver of wood into a brush. It may not kill the germs that cause bad breath, but it would be enough to remove the gunk.
If there are animals I would have lard (I'm a meat eater) I would assume there would be ashes as well - a crude soap could be made http://www.toptipspot.com/tips/home/howto/make-soap.php.
Of course if you follow that link you soon discover that it is an exact science - so I would most likely be experimenting for a long time before I uncovered the correct ratios of ash and lard to make real soap... or something close to it.

I would use sand to brush my teeth and as an exfoliator for skin, maybe find some herbs of some sort for smell, I wouldnt worry about shaving, I would make a comb for my hair.
