I get my 24 hours in every day whether I need it or not.
I have some kind of sleeping disorder, take pills every night to be able to stay horizontal for 5 or more hours, during which I think 70% is sleep.

It is said that seniors require less sleep...and I'm 73 years of age. I usually sleep five to six hours, not counting the time I "close my eyes" between commercials and miss the rest of the show. :-)

About 6 hours, and no it never feels like enough.
At least 6 hours at night, and if I can in the day I nap for 2 hours with my son. I honestly cannot remember the last time I got 6 hours in a row though, I'm interupted every few hours by a 'MOMMY!' call. lol
Generally 5-6 hours a night, plus a nanna-nap on my days off work!
It really depends on the day.
Weekdays I get about 7-8 hours of sleep.
Weekends I get about 8-10 hours of sleep.

Between 4 and 5, with catch up days every week or so of about 8. These catch up days are getting more and more frequent as I get older. When I was younger, I could go two or three days before sleeping. Now I think that would kill me......
