  • depends upon two things: 1. terms of your probation (does it say specifically you can be released upon payment) 2. the means by which you acquire the money to pay (stealing is a violation of you probation after all!) peace

  • Fines and other costs are just one part of your sentencing. Probationay period is separate. Paying the money will not have any effect on the probation time. Its not like paying off the balance on an auto or home.
  • just ask the worst he can do is say no
  • in florida all we have to do is ask the judge for an early termination date and then you get a lawyer to write a letter about why you should be let off early... as long as you havent violated the judge usually says yes~!
