  • Drink lots of COFFEE. You'll have so much get-up-and-go (mostly to the bathroom) that you'll have to find something to do (even if it's pounding energetically at the keyboard like my avatar).....
  • Life changes are usually accomplished in small, but consistent steps. Make mini goals away from a life of laziness and increase the goal once the previous step is easy to maintain. For example, if you're inactive, commit to a 10 minute walk 3-5 times per week then work up to 30+ minutes daily. It really depends on what you're lazy about. Your goals may focus around increasing activity or reducing inactivity.
