  • faced with constitutional difficulties in restricting firearms, they are attempting an end run by limiting access to ammunition. either by eliminating it or causing the prices to be greatly inflated many people will be left without ammunition. of course, criminals will still be able to smuggle it in or steal it.
  • I'm not aware of a new reloading law. It sounds like you're referring to proposals designed to try and stem the flow of firearms and ammo to Mexico that were recently floated. I see the intent, but since the drafters of the proposal are usually firearm ignorant, they inadvernently swept private reloaders into the wide net they wove. Mexico crime lords get a very small percentage of their ammo from the US. They have access to the global arms market where they get bulk lots of ammo easier and cheaper than going north.
  • pretty much..but Montana's not having it...other states will follow....give it time.....states need to monitor their own states as was supposed to be in the first place.....but they are "loading up" if u get my drift...its actually "sweet" to watch....them ,one by one getting fed up with the gov...go Patriots!!:)
  • Please provide specific information on the law. Either text of the statute or some other identifying information like Title Section of said law so that we can read it. There is a ton of misinformation and hysteria surrounding gun issues from pundits on both sides of the issue. Let's see the statute please.
  • Yes, just to cut back on weapons and keep them out of the white Americans hands. The government wnats to overthrow all the Americans so they are getting rid of any weapons they can.
  • Restricting ammo is just common sense. People who use firearms for their protection or for hunting will never personally need more than 500 rounds at a time. If you just like to shoot target practice with automatic weapons, you might need 2,000 rounds. If you stockpile, maybe, at the most, 10,000 rounds. No private citizen personally needs 20,000 rounds at a time so if someone is buying that kind of quantity or more, something illegal is almost certainly going on. You only need huge amounts of bullets if you're planning a gun battle. That's no longer a private matter and the authorities should have the right to be aware of and investigate those situations.
