99 ford ranger shifting hard and abs light is on speedomter quit and the overdriver off light flashes, this all happened at once. is this a sensor oor a fuse and if so. Where would it be on the truck>

A bad vehicle speed sensor could cause these concerns, it plugs in on the side of the transmission towards the rear.
