CAN U USE A T-MOBLIE SIM CARD IN AN AT& T CELL PHONE?

    In order to use a T-mobile Sim card in an AT&T phone the phone would have to be "Unlocked". Most phones sold in the US are locked to one specific network ie. AT&T, T-Mobile, TracFone. You would first need to have someone remove the network lock from the phone for you.
