Mixing them is ok...just don't use it....hole in the Universe and such.

You will have to flush the system clean of all trans fluid and replace all rubber parts, ALL rubber parts. For some rubber parts that means replacing the master cylinder. The oil (which trans fluid is) will ruin all the rubber parts and cause your brakes to fail at some point. Of course, that means it can lead to an accident with serious consequences.
