My first answer is: Sex is a great starting point
The next answer is a bit less glamorous.
To improve your chances of conception, after intercourse, the woman can lie on her back with her legs tucked to her chest. This will allow gravity to help the sperm travel to the egg.
The best time to conceive is during ovulation. This happens approximately 14 days before the next period. The egg only lasts about 24-48 hours, so have as much sex as possible during that time.

have sex within like the first 1-2 weeks after your period, do have sex a rediculous amount of times because that can hurt your chances byu lowering his sperm count. also if you are really serious about it get an ovulation test kit, they arent very expensive and available at any drugstore or even walmart
