Push it. The rest of their songs are shit.
They are fine flavorings, especially salt to help bring out the other flavors in foods. Even a tiny pinch of salt in a sweet dessert, especially with chocolate, helps bring out the sweetness more or differently. And some salt is good for controlling other ingredients, like in bread, it helps control the yeast so it doesn't grow too fast and tire out. Salt also helps balance out sour and bitter flavors from other ingredients. It's also a great preservative.
They add great flavor to food.
nothing I know of... I don't use either! My s/o uses mucho salt and now has high blood pressure! - so there you go!
nothing really. WEll salt is good. but I never use pepper.
Pepper you can have..I can live without it. Salt? Well, I love salty anything...popcorn, chips, nuts...food without salt doesn't taste nearly as lusciously scrumptious as food prepared with salt. Anything that makes food taste better is okey dokey in my book and should be honored and appreciated! :)
They are a very different, but yet used together.
they are the Ultimate Duo on food seasonings. lol
