Hearing someone pissing and moaning and being argumentive practically puts me to sleep instantaneously.

Eating the wrong foods. Too many bad carbs. Too much pasta, oatmeal, bread etc. Not good for me. Lack of sleep of course. Too much heat can do it.

Stress and negative situations.

waking up too early every morning lol

Randomly, being put under pressure!

Mondays!! Unfortunately ~ Fridays too! ..oh and boredom especially at work on Tues, Wed and Thurs LoL

Staying inside all day because my room is at a constant, comfortable temperature & it makes me want to sleep.
