Most drugs will affect you in a similar manner, no matter how you take them- the difference lies largely in the intensity and speed of the effect.
For instance, when you snort a powder drug a large percentage of it actually just sticks to the moist mucus membranes in your nasal passage and throat. Then you eventually swallow them in the form of a foil tasting drain.
The exception is smoking... smoking can sometimes change the makeup of a drug due to the heat and make it affect you in a different way. Crack is just cocaine mixed with baking soda and water- then smoked, but a crackhead acts pretty differently from a person doing a few lines of coke.
When swallowing a drug, the onset is usually slightly longer than if you were to snort, smoke, or inject it.

I'm not sure if you will experience the same effects that you'd have if you took it normally/properly... But I do know that it can still kill you, quite a few people have died by trafficking cocaine in sealed plastic bags (usually a condom actually) they've swallowed because the bag burst mid-transit...
So uh, since I have no personal experience, that's all I can suggest: You may or may not experience the effects of cocaine, but it can still kill you.
Has anyone, while high on cocaine, done anything sexually they wouldn't have likely done while straight?
