You can learn both at the same time, but remember, to notice any serious improvement, you should try to practice each one about an hour each day. If you are learning two instruments, are you willing to devote two hours each day for music practice? Serious musicians sometimes practice 4 to 6 hours each day, but that is not necessary in the beginning if you are just doing this as a hobby.
Along the way, you might decide you like one instrument or the other and want to stick with it and drop the other or at least lighten up on it.
By the way, these are the same two instruments I practice. I am good about practicing guitar, but I don't give the piano enough time like I should, and I always feel guilty about it!
I think you can try the basics for both first. After that, find out which one you're more inclined towards and start learning on that instrument to a competent playing level, before starting on the other instrument.
i would try piano first. those notes transfer to guitar, plus i think that keyboard is easier. but if you arent sure which instrument to play, do both together at a slow pace, and make your move from there!
