Ok, so i'm singing seasons of love from Rent with one of my best friend's who plays the piano. he's not singing, i am. but he plays in the key of C and i sing E flat. What can i do to change my octave to C?

    When you sing, transpose 3 semitones downwards to obtain a C? (get your friend to sound "C" note for you)
    Otherwise, get your friend to play it the key that you are singing; he should be able to do so.
