You should just need an RF coaxial cable that goes between the Direct TV receiver and your TV. You will tune your TV to channel 3 or 4 (depending on how the receiver is set), and you will receive the Direct TV channels there.
One of these cables is very likely to be included with the Direct TV receiver.
Note that this is not an ideal setup, but it's the best that you can do with that television.
