Question

Help answer this question below.

My car was towed after being totaled in an accident, I only have liability, so I gave them the title, but they still say I owe them $135 for towing expenses. Is this legal? Shouldn't my car be enough?

I would expect salvage to cover that, but policy is still policy. And when towing, the policy is to screw you.

    Sorry, yer gonna pay.

Can you get the title back, and look for salvage yourself?
