Need support. Being weened off of an anti-depressant, (cymbalta) feeling very anxious. Any suggestions?

    Your best bet is to find some mild non-drug method for alleviating the anxiety.

    Look into using exercise, meditation, hypnosis, or something similar to relieve stress.

    You can also investigate nutritional supplements that provide a mild calming effect (e.g. melatonin).

    If you are not naturally prone to anxiety, your symptoms will probably get better as your body gets used to the absence of the antidepressant.
