Yes, and it sucks!! Taught me to keep better track of my checking account balance though. Some lessons ya gotta learn the hard way to learn at all! At least that's how it works for me. ;)

I haven't in a while (I'm due :P) but just as recently as this past holiday season, I kept incurring overdraft fees...not a good way to relieve stress.

Unfortunately. Just cutting it too tight and with a few surprise charges they nail you with some pretty steep fees.

No if I don't have money I don't write check. Also my bank has a overdraft up to 500.00 dollars.

Yes, but it's been a long time. I keep track of my bank account online, so no more OD fees.

Never. I have never had a bill collector on my case. I don't spend more than I can afford..I don't "kite" checks. I balance my checkbook each month and in doing so I have found some significant errors on the part of the bank. So all is okey dokey here! :)

Yep. When we first got married my new wife wrote a check to be put in my/our joint account. I deposited it and wrote some checks. They bounced because her check bounced. Six checks, but the bank cut the charges to 1/3rd.

Nope. I don't have a checking account, and don't need one. Paying bills is so much easier when you don't have to work it like it's a second job. Get a bill, pay that bill the same day. Nothing hard about that, and 100% guaranteed to not only never pay an overdraft fee, but also never pay late fees.

Yes, last month I had to pay over 400 bucks in overdraft fees thanks to the dumb ass bank holding back withdraws and letting them all go through at once!
