Yes but it would still not kill the urges so it would really jjust be a revenge punishment.

Some would argue this is cruel and unusual punishment, but it's only unusual because it's not currently being done. I'm not sure how cruel it is, particularly in cases of repeat offenders. But I would probably support it since it would prevent unwanted pregnancies in cases of rape. Sadly, it still wouldn't solve the offenders' problems. They could still molest and cause emotional harm.
