So go ahead, Don't pay your federal taxes and let us know how that turns out.
Yes, we have some organizations in San Diego that are trying to put free videos in everybody's hands to make them all aware. Not much is going to change until we are all united in our beliefs. If one person stops paying income tax, the government will make their life miserable, but what happens some year when 400 million people refuse to pay their tax? And we all point out the fact that the measure to collect income tax was never ratified and is unconstitutional, and we can PROVE it.
I think that it's legalized theft.
You can't 'know' something that is not true.
Unconstitutional would mean that the Constitution says that the government can not tax the people. Maybe I'm wrong, but I have never read that.
I believe that our taxes need to be lowered and the size of the government needs to be greatly reduced, but a tax is needed for the constitutional duties set forth to the government, which is national defense, treaties and trade.
Originally federal tax was supposed to be voluntary, wasn't it?
