  • I think there's no hard and fast answer, but you seem to be on the right track. American statesman, inventor and scientist Benjamin Franklin is credited with the saying, 'early to bed and early to rise makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise'. My father-in-law, himself a pretty wise man used to say 'the hours before midnight are the most important for sleep. It seems to be true that sleeping from 9pm to 5am benefits one more than sleeping from midnight til 8am. Why exactly i don't know, but it's true in my case. So what am i doing online at 11:20? Clearly a lack of wisdom that i shall now remedy. Pleasant and recreative sleep to you.
