There is a buy out option on all leases but you can not sell the car while the title has Hondas name on it.
You cannot sell the car unless you pay off the remainder of the lease amount. For most people, this amount is FAR more than the car is worth.
Leasing companies generally do allow transfer of leases. They have procedures for doing this and usually charge a small fee to do the transaction.
