Nope. I haven't drank in 13 yrs. I have had maybe 10 drinks in those 13 yrs. I admire people who can have fun without the aid of alcohol. +5

Nope. I don't look down on anyone unless they look down on or victimize others. Theres nothing wrong with drinking alcohol in moderation or not drinking at all.
I'm only an occassional drinker - 2 glasses of wine and maybe 1 beer a month.

Sometimes I feel like they are too goody two shoes and might be missing out a bit but on the other hand alchohol is not a great part of life and everyone is different and different people get their pleasure from different things. I could judge a vegetarian and say they are missing out to never try meat. But if they look down on people who do enjoy a drink and lable us as heavy drinkers when we are not then it does annoy me.

Why look down on them? I used to use alcohol as a way to have "more fun" and during that time I was uncomfortable with people who never drank because I was assuming they looked down on me.
Anymore I drink very little, but my point is that judgmental people, wether judging against sobriety or drinking, sadden me.

i look up to people who don't drink alcohol, drugs are way better as long as you don't get an addiction.
When you are drunk you are not in control of your actions which is where i drew the line. I've done some stupid stuff when i drink but i never do any one no harm when i'm high whether it be weed, ecstasy or cocaine. I've broken car windows, passed out on the middle of main roads where i could of easily been run over all due to the effects of alcohol. Drugs make you happy no matter what, alcohol does not. So i look up to people who don't do things they regret by drinking alcohol

I actually admire people who are content and secure enough that they are comfortable and can relax and have fun without some type of artificial stimulant or drug.
Unfortunately I am not one of them.
I don't drink a lot but I do usually have a couple of drinks every week or at least some wine after dinner.

Why would anyone look down on anyone who doesn't drink. The only people who look down on people for not drinking are stupid teenagers who think they are cool for drinking it. Leave my alcohol alone kids. They are for us grown ups. Drink your Kool-Aid, it tastes better anyways

I think they are great. I asked a question about if you had to drink alcohol to have fun at a party because I find it really hard to relax and unwind and sorry to say I got into the habit of having a drink so I really admire the people who don't need to drink

I don't drink alcohol becasue I can any longer. I don't look down on anybody, but even though it was very tough going, I cannot fathom wanting to do it anymore. Drinking in moderation is fine, but the other way is awful and the only way I can put up with drunks would be to get drunk.
