definitely depends on the service. i've been known to tip in all three of these categories.

You know, it's just my nature, I always tip more then the normal. But when my wife is with me, I can only do it if I can get away with it. She knows I always do, so she always keeps an eye on me before leaving the table. I leave a generous tip because the girls or guys don’t make the best hourly and depends on the tips. I had my foot soaked last week, and I guess the Korean girls already know me because my wife gets her manicure there while I get a massage or foot soaked. It's kind of funny sometimes because the girls will run over each other to tend to me. I wonder why? lol Anyway, usually tip at least 50 bucks plus whatever the massage or foot soak was.

Above average always !

If service was very good, above average. The rest average,or more. But if it was very bad,or seemed rude, not at all.It does not happen often. But if service ruins the mood,it ruins the experience.

I'm with bookwork. It depends on the service. I sure as the world won't tip anybody that is going to stand at a cash register and take an order like McDonalds or Burger King. Not to mention Starbucks. They got a lotta gaul to charge prices like that for a cup of coffee and then put out a tip jar.

Normally its depend on the bill if u go to a cafe, while in other cases just pay what seems to be normal.paying over can feel u pride and low means lowering the shops reputation.
-
Usually just average. Of course, it depends on if the service goes to either extreme.
-
Mostly average. Pretty consistently at 15% unless there is STRONG reason to adjust it up or down.
