Help answer this question below.

All of my nails on each hand are nice and long, except for both index fingers (I bit them in a moment of weakness). It's very annoying. I was wondering, what vitamins and/or nail care products are the best for helping nail growth?

    theres this vitamin you can take for nails that you can find at any pharmacy, it usually says "for nails" on the front, and then theres a green tea nail polish that's supposed to help but IDK what antioxidants have to do with making your nails grow lol
