Are you in the United States? If so, check with the Division of Vocational Rehab in your state. It is their responsibility to assist people who have a disability (ADD is considered a disability)to develop and implement a plan for future employment. Often this includes education at trade schools or community colleges.
Division of Voc Rehab will require evidence of the disability, such as an evaluation by a doctor or other recognized professional that your son has ADD. You can Google the words Division of Voc Rehab and the name of your state to get contact information.
