  • We had a small one here in Tennessee once. It shook my house and a light in my room that wasn't working came on in the middle of the night(when it shook). We couldn't figure out why the light came on. The next morning the news was talking about the earthquake.
  • Yes several medium ones large in the Epicentre but luckily I have never been that close. One in Turkey was pretty bad. The most surprising to me was while sitting here on AB one night last year. The UK does not normally have that many that really shake.
  • minor earthquake. the windchime that was hanging from my ceiling started chiming. and i lifted my feet off the floor while i was siiting in an office chair, and the chair started moving.
  • Yes it was in england actually, not a serious one, but it was big for england. the house shook, the streetlight flashed, it was at night, a bit scary.
  • Twice. In Alaska in the service. I was on the john and I THOUGHT I felt something. When I saw the water in the bowl sloshing back and forth, then I knew it. I live in Illinois. We had a big one about a year ago. Woke me up shaking the bed back and forth. Very little damage.
