put the cash on the table -- you can't give it directly to them anymore
Strip the beds and replace their sheets with the ones I brought from home.
Have a drink.
Call either my mother or son to let them know we have arrived.
Make sure it is clean. Especially the bedding.
Pool no matter what time
Once I jumped over the fence to go to the pool at midnight and then all these other people came down and did the same it was soo much fun and I made friends :)
Pools rule!!!
Some of you guys said jump on the bed. I'd be careful about that. The beds in China and Malaysia are quite a bit harder than in the west. I think you could get hurt on them if you landed face first. I on the other hand, go to the bathroom because it is usually a long wait between the time when you leave the plane, go through customs, and get your ride from the airport.
Make sure I have my return train ticket and put it in a place where I know it'll be if I need to get it quickly...
Use a black light to count semen stains all over the room.
drop my stuff off in the room
I wipe the whole room down with Clorox wipes.
It's usually around 5 or 6 in the evening so if I'm traveling by car, I'll get something to eat. If traveling by motorcycle, I take a shower first then get something to eat. The road grime tends to build up while on a motorcycle.
Check out the room
check out the amenities. check my email. order something delicious with room service. locate the health spa.
make sure
i know the fire escape route
check the bed for hypodermic needles (I actually found one in a hotel bed once, make sure there's no funky nastiness, make sure the bar is stocked and have a drink, get refreshed and go out! I spend as little time as possible in the hotel when I travel.
I will Be relaxing for a moment
Go to my room and unpack.
It's been a long and tedious trip. Flip the air on. Get ice and fix myself, or whoever is with me, a drink.
Then do all the other stuff that needs to be done, sipping away. Get it done and fix us another drink! :-)

The first thing what I do is, I make sure it's clean, especially the bedding and the bathroom. I can't stay at a hotel that has a dirty bathroom and bedding, I feel like throw up and not feel like to eat or sleep over there, It happened sometimes, but I'm not the quite person, I blame them to clean and change or I move to clean one. (If it's not clean). That's why before checking in, the first thing I do is checking the room, weather it's everything is clean or not. If it's not clean I complain them then tell them to clean and asking them to give washed sheets. Most of the time, I take my own sheets, wherever I go, because I seen in some hotels, they even don't change the sheets and pillow cover, it has some kind of strains like sperm or toilet smell form the sheets and smells something else. Who knows what kind of people slept been there and what kind of disease or skin problems they have. Only God knows. That's why it's better to check before we checking in. What do you think? Am I right or wrong?
Lay down on the bed & relax for awhile, since it is normally a long enough drive/ride.
Use the rest room
Check out what free stuff is available haha.
Flip on the AC, hull in the luggage, take a shower and then lay back in chill.
Check the bathroom. I cannot stay at a hotel that has a dirty bathroom.
use the facilities, and then lay down and rest..luggage comes later.
Put my sheets on over the ones they have on there and spray the lysol.
Disinfect everything immediately and then see if the room is worth the pay and praise. Then if everything suits up, then its time to take a chill pill and watch TV.
Check out the bar ; )
Clean the remote and take off the comforter, yuck!
First of all throw my bags in the corner. Lie on the bed for 10 mins just to relax then go down and check out the pool, gym, restaurants.... :)
Clean and change the bed sheets to the ones that I picked up at Walmart before going.
Seriously!
Look at how clean the bathroom is, IF it is clean, I still spray it with disinfectant. IF it's dirty, I ask for another room. When a decently clean room is found, I turn the A/C nice and cold.
Quickly dump my stuff in the room and head out again!
Check out my bed and bathroom.
I will sit down and grab an ice cold beer out of my cooler.
Close the drapes and get nakrd...
jump around on the bed for a minute than light up a bowl
Turn on the A/C
Usually do the NESTEA plunge on the bed to see how soft it is...or hard....
Find a secret place to put valuables :D
..pee, maybe a shower and grab a beer....the next move just depends on who I'm with and where we are....
Check the sheets on the bed!!!! If there's even the "slightest" spot on it (no matter how much it's been washed) I will request for another set of sheets! Spots on sheets can make my SKIN crawl! Yuck! Yuck! Yuck!
Stash my things, stuff all the room service menus, cardboard advertisements, handy paper and pens, cable guides into a drawer, plug in a CD player and listen to some mellow jazz.
It's MY room now, dammit.
call room service and order wonderful food :)
Shower and nap as I've probably been travelling most of the day.
....spray the room with anti-insect spray and change the hotel linen with my personal linen.......
Ever seen the movie 4 rooms with Tim Roth? I check under the mattress for dead prostitutes.
Hmm, get my bags into my room and unpacked, probably use the bathroom. Then if I have nowhere to be right away I'll see what they have as far as TV goes.
Check out the wash room i think.
