Adobe development products are already ridiculously expensive, I don't know if this is really going to help them secure the market any more than they already have. Which I assume is their goal.

Adobe is a really shitty company that makes good products (many of which were actually acquisitions from companies that did a better job in many respects). I don't know if I like the idea of such a company holding so much power over media

as a long time macromedia user, I felt totally screwed by the acquisition. They only honored upgrades if you just bought the product
