Take some tomato sauce (only squeezed tomatoes), put it in a pan with some olive oil and a slice of butter (depends on how many people are going to eat), add origano and basilico (spices) and stir until the tomato turns slightly orange (dont'burn) cook some pasta (don't overcook it), can be penne or spaghetti, remember the salt and you'll have a real "pasta in rosso" just like we eat here in Italy!

Jumbo Olives, torn Hand full shredded basil 5-6 large peeled,cored, seeded tomatoes, chunked about 1/3 c. thin sliced of red onion med. bell pepper, cored and chunked sprinkle with grated parmigiana, salt and pepper Drizzle with rich balsamic vinegar, and extra-virgin Olive oil. Spoon a generous portion over a hunk of crusty Tuscan bread.
