In regards to the phrase "All things in moderation" Does this mean quantity or frequency to you?

    Moderation does not grammatically equate to either phrases, actually.

    It means both. If you drink, then don't drink that often and when you do don't do it to excess.

    I know it sounds like a cop out answer, but someone who gets blackout drunk but only drinks once a month is not drinking in moderation. Someone who works out for 6 hours a day one day a week is not exercising in moderation.
