Help answer this question below.

My dad was driving my truck and about a week ago hit a tree, No other vehicles were involved and no one was injured. I didn't find out for a couple of days and now i am worried that the insurance company will not pay since it wasn't reported immediately

    They may not pay if you said on your insurance policy that you are the only person that drives the truck and there is no second driver that will be using it. They could refuse to pay for the damage.If so, tell dad he owes you a repair job.
