Most of sex takes place in the brain, not in the sex organs.
Obviously you feel uncomfortable with the condom - I would suggest making it part of the sexual experience - part of the fantasy part of the sexual experience.
You don't need a condom for petting. Heavy or otherwise. Condoms are only needed for penetration.
So maybe you don't need to wear one.

I get your point. At your age, it might be better to stay away from private email conversations, but trust me, he isn't a pervert. This is every man's biggest worry and source of anxiety. He needs help, and labelling him a pervert only makes his burden heavier.
