I have foreskin, thank god my parents didnt cut me without my consent, they let me make my own decision when I turned 18. Screw getting cut, I love my foreskin!
Anyway, when you wear a condom, your supposed to pull it all the way down off the head. But if you cant do that, then Id leave it up, it wont stay 1/4 way down the head.

You're reading So here's the problem... i can fully pull my foreskin back when my penis is not erect. however, i can barely pull it 1/4 of the way down the head when it is erect. what should i do when putting on a condom?
