She died. She was killed by Sylar on a beach somewhere after the both of them were teleported out of the bennet's house in Costa Verde by Hiro Nakamura. Alougth Sylar has already gained the ability of electric manipulation from Elle Bishop (Kristen Bell) before using Empathic mimicry, Peter Petrelli's old power before Aruthur stole it. It's unclear how Sylar got to use Empathic mimicry that one time, but it happened. It's also unclear why Sylar killed Elle, saying as he already got her ability, but Kristen needed out of the show. Happy?

tx. I DID see the scene on the beach...I kind of thought there was a hint she might not be dead, though. that explains it!
