Not exactly, the only reason I heard of it was because of it being referenced in Family Guy, I'm guessing it was an American TV show that was never exported, though I could be wrong.

Fun show - and like several others - like "All in the Family" - the sitcom carried a social change message. In this case, it was about the changing roles for women.

Yes, I really do remember the show, my mother loved it. We watched it every week.
