  • No. Unless a "marriage" is legally recognized as a marriage, it is not entitled to any legal rights. The way people feel about it or what they call it is irrelevant to the legal aspects of marriage.
  • I think that any two people aught to be able to enter a legally binding arrangement. I agree with Sir Elton John, that it need not be called "marriage." "Marriage" is a term which is exclusively reserved for a union between a man and a woman. This truth is manifestly evident in every culture throughout all history.
  • Yes but it should not be limited to just two. Polygamy should also be legalized, as long as men and women are treated equally and only adults are allowed to marry.
