I used to pay my insurance in full but for 2 months I was out of state (of CA) & out of country & forgot it (bc just recently started paying installments). Came back, got rearended, insurance terminated & guy who hit me wont respond. What should/can I do?

    i can't be certain, but in PA YOU would be liable for all damage even though the accident, (A rear ender) would be considered the other drivers fault. Because you had no ins. you are considered a menace (same goes for DUI, no DL, etc) and shouldn't be on the road, so I would stop trying to find the other driver until you are sure of CA law. most accident attn's will consult for free
