Help answer this question below.

When/How did the Kid Flash (As shown in Flash #1), Bart Allen came back? He was supposed to be dead. Also, he acted as if he went though the stage of being The Flash by saying "It wasn't all that great." Explain, please!

    Bart Allen was resurrected as Kid Flash by the "living lightning rod" in "Final Crisis: Legion of 3 Worlds" mini-series.

    After escaping being trapped in an alternate reality's Keystone City for 4 years, he did take up the mantle of the Flash for about a year(becoming the 4th Flash} before being murdered by the Rogue's Gallery.
