I have found a round white pill that has T7 on one side and the letter M on the ohter. Can anyone tell me what it is?

    Tramadol, it is a painkiller, made by Mylan Pharmaceuticals.

    Yes, it is 50 mg Tramadol pill (generic for Ultram), an opioid analgetic.
