You may buy a cash card at Wal-mart, etc. for any amount you need. We have referred several clients in this direction who didn't have credit/debtit cards or a checking account.

Buy one of those VISA debit cards (found in the gift card section at most grocery and drug stores) and use that to pay for the shipping/handling fees.

Why can't you use paypal?
If for some reason that you can't then you can use a prepaid Visa like Rush Card or Green Dot.

Buy yourself a prepaid Visa or MasterCard debit card. You can probably pick one up at your local Walmart or Walgreen's. It would work just like a regular debit card for online purchases.

Has anyone made significant money from adsense. I get a lot emails or see online how you can make thousands in 30 days with adsense. I've been running my site for half a year, I'm still not ranked in google, a few visitors here, few cents there.
