many people experience something of what you are feeling. it is a psychological and spiritual problem. It may stem from patterns taught to you as a child. It may be because you are lonely and sad, and this is manifesting itself in your feeling sick, though you are not. You need to talk this out with a trained counsellor/ priest/ pastor. You need peace in your heart and soul and the reassurance that God loves you so much that he sent His son to restore you to friendship with him. Go also to my site for panic attacks and see if any of the symptoms sound like yours. You are depressed, little one. You need help. www.webpastor.com/panic.htm

The thing is if you keep doing it it will become self-fulfilling - what you think about is what you get.Find something really absorbing to do that takes all your concentration, so that you dont have the time to devote.

Hypochondria is a condition suffered by many people in the end it can make them ill with worry. Be careful because it can lead to a situation when one day you may really be ill and nobody will listen because you have cried wolf so often

YOU HAVE EXACTLY WHAT I HAVE!!!!!!!!!!!!! OMG, I didn't think there was anything else like me(that I could talk to). If I get a headache, I think I have a brain tumor, and I search the internet and find what the symptoms are...What you have is a worry disorder. Well, that's what I have. By what you described, you're a worrier. I feel exactly how you feel. What I found out from the midwest medical centre is that I need relaxation tapes(I never use them) they relax you and let you free your mind. What most people do that worry like me and you is do something that comforts you. I just got this in February. Through 4 months, I was convinced I was going to have a heart attack, going to have a stroke, had a brain tumor and was skitzophrenic. During the summer, I sort of helped myself. I went on the computer, which freed my mind, it sort of relaxed me, going on the computer for me is like listening to the relaxation tapes. People often eat comforting foods. by doing all of that stuff, going on the internet, doing stuff that made my mind busy, I easily forgot what I was worrying about, and I think that's what you need. I often feel/felt stressed, anxiety, and it got me depressed. I'm better now because I learned that I don't have those things, they're just all in my mind. I've learned to take my mind off of things, and its made me a little better. Now a days, i don't worry half as much as I used to. By the way, today is the year anniversary that I've been like this. If you really wanna talk or something, or want tips, you can email me or comment my answer, or look into the Midwest Medical center for stress and anxiety(I think that's what its called) Don't worry, you're not alone. Millions of people have this. some people are so bad, that they can't go out of their house because right before they do, they think to themselves, what if i drop dead right in the middle of the sidewalk. Its going to be alright. (NOTE: Don't completely go on what I had wrote. You might have something completely different, it does sound like you're a hypocondriac, but I think you should get this checked out by a doctor of somesort before you make any decisions)

Galloping hypochondria is a very common, usually mild, form of mental illness. It may derive from the way a person was brought up, or from a lack of self-esteem as an adult. Although in itself it is a harmless delusion, it may become tedious for partners, friends and medical staff to deal with repeatedly. One (maybe temporary) cure is for something real to go wrong with your body. It will focus your mind wonderfully on the difference between ill and well.
