Is there surgery to have clean fresh skin or transplant that can get rid of bumps blurry mark red spots black dots black mark open pore blurry skin help me out is there a transplant for that to have new skin

    Skin transplants are done for people who have experienced large-scale injuries and burn victims.

    In the case you're talking about, you're only going to be trading normal skin with minute cosmetic flaws into two large patches of scarred flesh. Not quite what you're looking for.
