I am a little over weight and have stretch marks at the sides of my waist, today i noticed a sore, dark reddish bump in the middle of one of my stretch marks about 1 centimeter in diameter. what could this be and how can i treat it?

this is a sore as big as a large spider bite that is painful to touch but has no fluid/pus detected.
