Also, people are all different, we aren't like cars where you just need to whip out the manual and know what to do. We are each a unique combination of genes. Also, certain conditions can change how your body processes certain foods.
So, what is good for me may not be true for you. Example: I am hypoglycemic, which means I need to eat a small meal every 2-4 hours or I get very very dizzy.
However, if you did that, you might just gain weight. I don't :)

You're reading Why is it that when some things are good for you they can also be bad? An example is coffee. I read where drinking a cup of coffee daily will help prevent skin cancer but people with diabetes shouldn't drink coffee.
