She is talking about her husband/boyfriend's routine and how he treats her. She means that if she was in his position as the man in the relationship, she could get away with manly things such as going out to bars with guy-friends and flirting with other women. She also says how she would treat her girlfriend/wife (if she was a 'boy') very respectful and loyal and nicely since she knows how it feels to be cheated on/degraded/left home alone most nights.
