unfortunately you cannot. this is a huge problem for many drunk people with internet access :P
This works with OutLook .... Open the email, click on Tools, click on "recall message" and then you can either delete unread copies or replace unread copy. It only works if the person you emailed hasn't opened the email.
Once sent, I don't think you can retract it. You can always send another revised or updated one.
You can't. There is an option in Outlook but I never had any luck with it (at work). I hope you didn't say anything too nasty.
I think Gmail has or is creating a buffer zone for their emails where you can stop an email from going out within a certain amount of time after hitting the send button.
