I'm married and have been in a relationship with a single man who is my bosses, boss. He struggles with the ideal of dating a women that's married and he shows it in a lot of different ways, but then there are times that he will not let me go ! Confusing?

He needs to let you go because if you can't be true to your husband, you're not going to treat him any better. How can you be confused, when you're the one creating the drama.
